Bojan is a co-founder and senior advisor at Annex Risk Advisory. With over a decade of experience in finance, corporate leadership, and risk management, Bojan brings a unique perspective to insurance advisory services.
He has previously served in executive roles, including as Chief Executive Officer and as Chief Financial Officer within ASX-listed companies, where he was responsible for strategic leadership, capital management, and governance. This experience has given him a deep understanding of financial risk, regulatory compliance, and the importance of robust protection strategies for businesses of all sizes.
Bojan holds a Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. His approach to insurance is informed by years of managing complex financial structures and advising organisations on risk mitigation.
